trying to remove clutch to get to starter on 250 trailblazer
i got an 01 trailblazer 250 im trying to put starter in. im not sure if i need to pull clutch from closest in hub or the actual clutch hub, dont want to break it,looks expensive!

i believe you get to the starter from underneath,remove skidplate and remove rope-recoil housing.

yea i c that but it aint comin out without takin off the clutch and cover, no room...

The starter is behind the flywheel, on the right side of the motor, yes, you will need to pull the fly wheel off, you will need a puller, go slow. It's not to bad. be carful not to damage the magnets on the back, or the stater. Exp when re installing the fly wheel. Don't remove the pull starter re coiler, it will unwind.

Welcome you should remove the skid plate to access it and make sure to check the gear before installing it.

2001 trail blazer how does clutch come off looks threaded. also do you have to remove swing arm to pull transmission.
