2008 outlaw 90 restricter problem
My son has been training with this restricter situation. He is ready to go a little faster. I have been looking everywhere to see if anyone knows how to remove this piece.

It is electronic. It feels like it is stuck in first gear. Like the transmission needs some sort of release.
