I have a Polaris outlaw 525 irs that I had built. I have the thumper big bore 99mm cylinder with the high compression piston from thumper racing. I have a little port and polish done to the head with the 807 cam in it. I also had kbr racing put a 80mm crank in it and the carb is punched out to 41.5 with the jd jet kit in it with the red.needle and the big o ring. I am going to put it back stock because my 11 year old son wants to ride it. I had it for myself but got out of riding since I my wife just had twins 6 months ago. Also the bike has enough power stock for him and it will be his first bike with a clutch.
