jetting problem

I have a Predator 500 it come stock with a 150 main jet. I put a 160 in it and changed the needle that came with the kit. Everytime I start the quad as its idling its revving very high. I checked the idle screw and the fuel mixture screw so that's not the problem... Maybe I didn't do the needle right? Any suggestions?

Did you adjust the af mixture screw afterwards?

Yes, I'm thinking my throttle is stuck or something because I didn't disconnect it and there was a lot of tension on it by turning the carb around
