waterproofing

hey i am putting a snorkel on my 2011 Polaris 850xp and i was wondering what else i have to do to the bike to make it water proofed thank u

Die electric grease on ALL the electrical connections.....and I read to remove the pvt cover and put a bead of silicone around and then evenly tighten the screws...I'm sure there's more that you can do and some one else will be by shortly to elaborate.good luck!

What snorkel kit did you end up going with???.that's going to be my winter project.....

I would agree with skizmo, also make sure to repack all bearing after submerging.

I am geting a set from (snorkel your atv.com) i ride with other people that got a set from them and they work good
