Exhaust

Hey guys. Looking into exhaust for my 550 and considering the Big Gun Eco series. Wondering if you need to install a programmer with this exhaust or if it will be ok on it's own. I'm patiently waiting for Dynojet to come out with the power commander 5. Thanks guys!

Honestly. I would only go with hotseat performance. Hotseat knows their stuff. They have been building team ARCTIC cats race motors for years. They make a great pipe and they will tell you you do not have to use a programmer.

I've seen Hot Seat cans explode on more than one occasion and the blame get put backnon the customer for the problem (example above). Brings new meaning to best "bang" for your buck.

Ive had the big gun eco on a 550 and It is LOUD. I would not suggest it for trail riding. With the quiet insert its bearable but still very loud. You do not need a fuel controller for just exhaust. I would look at the HMF Swamp series (non XL)

I have a vid of my 550 on youtube if you search Big gun exhaust 550

Big Gun ECO pipe
Big Gun Fuel controller
K&N with outerwears
EHS airbox vent
EPI Silver primary spring
EPI Bright green secondary W EPI Helix
52G Weights

Oh, and lots of body english lol. It would pull a wheelie from a stop or slow roll no problem but you have to help it quite a bit if rolling fast.
