snorkel time
hey guys, so i think it's time to do a snorkel job on the 500, so i was looking over the wheeler and i don't see how the snorkels could work, just doesn't seem like there's room to run the pipes. if anyone has snorkeled there 500 pics would be awesome.

Not sure how much research you have done, but I really like my stealth kit from Triangle ATV. Very good kit with instructional DVD and you don't have to lose the use of your front box or rack.

Snorkle kit is expensive but you have to look at it as cheap insurance. A snorkle kit is cheaper than a new engine.

Follow this guys instructions and it should get you on your way. Snorkels Walkthru
I have started mine last week.. But i have like 4 projects on the bike going at once. Clutch kit, radiator relocation homemade kit, snorkel and di-electric greasing all connections and rebuilding front diff. Lol.

I called and spoke with the guys at superatv and they do not make one for my year they said.. my cage wasn't broken when I took it apart but it was severely neglected from previous owner and full of rust. But I bought a new cage from john deere. So I will have a back up old one just in case.
