Sportsman 700 or 800 Performance CAM

Just wanting to know if anyone has put a performance cam on there 700 or 800 Sportsman? How much it helped the quad for power and low end torque? If you need to add anything else? And what brand cam you used?

put the 800 ho cam in my dads 03 700 with new lifters and push rods, had to add a 40 mm carb off a 500 ho to make it run right, but it made quite a difference in bottom end and mid range, with EFI, you prolly need a tuner, and maybe an exhaust to get everything out of the cam upgrade

I think I am going to go ahead and put a Web cam in it with their valve spring kit, go ahead and throw it in see how it runs since I am already jetted with a pipe.
