i would check the 4x4 switch, try unplugging the switch on the thumb throttle block,if the 4x4 stays off than i would replace the 4x4 switch,it only comes mounted on the throttle block as an assy.

Thanks I will change it out , I did check it and it looked a little black in color. But the bike only has app. 60 miles on it. What can I clean the inside with that won't hurt anything.

Angry Dirty?

muddin,Mike here.I see you only have (3) posts.Everyone welcomes you I'm sure.I was having a problem with mine not disengaging all the time.It was due for a service.I talked to a dealer mechanic and he said I could use Dexron 6 trans fluid to clean it out.He said you could also continue to use is for the oil.I decided to go back with the recomended fluide because thats what is called for.The dexron rinsed it out fine, replenished the fluide and every thing is A.O.K. now.Mikght want to give it a try,MIke

First check and make sure the fluid is good in the diff. Make sure it is polaris brand. If that's not the issue than you may have cracked/broken the sprague cage in the front diff.
