400 to 500 h.o. Engine Swap Question??
I want a little more out of my 04 Sportsman 400. Instead of selling a machine which has had so much work done to the frame, and buying a 500 which will probably need everything I replaced on mine, im thinking about swapping in a 500 h.o. motor. I know I need to switch the carb. to a bigger one, but I need to know what will work, year motors, out of what machines, etc.. An help I would appreciate.

Thorn this site has a kit for like $150 I think that's all plug and play, nice kit from the looks
