Snorkel and reprogram?

Just a quick question I just put the stealth snorkel kit on my bike and when I had ordered the module from the dealer the guy told me that if I ever snorkeled the bike I would need to send the module back in to be reprogrammed. My question is is that true do I need to reprogram the module and if so would there be anyway that I could do it? Any help is much appreciated...

If you snorkled it properly then you will not need to do anything. A snorkle kit should be installed to allow the same amount of airflow to your engine. If you purchased a snorkle kit, most likely it was designed properly and you will not need to change anything.

Thanks for the reply and the welcomes, Well its the stealth snorkel kit from Triangle and everything goes up into the head lamp housing. I believe around 1 1/2-1 3/4' hose, the hoses that run from the belt housing intake and exhaust are clearly longer than the original but the originals inner diameter of the actual snorkel part were a good bit bigger, the two tubes going to the airl box are very short maybe 8-10' long and I would think that the only one to worry about would be those two since they will be providing your engine air?
