exhaust options ?

I have a 2002 700 and would like a new exhaust system to go with my clutch kit and TMX 38 mm carb. It must have a spark arrestor and would like the noise level to be as close to stock exhaust as possible. Anyone have any suggestions ? Found a couple that are 94 db but I don't know what the stock exhaust is.

94 db is going to be close to as quite as they come. My guess is stock would be high 80's to low 90's.

Almost all aftermarket exhausts will be louder. As far as I'm aware, I believe 96db is the legal limit in a lot of state forest areas, but always check first.

Otherwise, it sounds as if you've found spark arrested exhausts? If so, take your pick of brands IMO.

I put a Big Gun Evo on mine over the summer. yes it is louder than stock, but it is not too loud. And it sounds great. I'm pretty sure that one comes in at 96db.

HMF swamp series sounds nice and is just a hair over stock, just don't get the XL (extra loud). My buddy has one on his grizz and it purrs....
