Got my new Big Gun exhaust back

So awhile ago I posted that my big gun exhaust broke and I contacted big gun and they told me to send it back so I did and I got my new one on Wednesday and the construction is a lot better then the old one.
Old one...
Just the welds are left brackets broke clean off

New muffler has bigger brackets welded on three sides and a new bracket to re enforce one of the mounts.
New one..

This one should not break off. So I would defiantly recommend big gun to anyone looking for an exhaust they have great custom service.
Oh I also installed my uni filter and with the full exhaust it does seem to have a little more get up and go.

I had this same thing happen. Big Gun was great and took good care of me. The new exhaust was better built. They told me that i had gotten an old design and all of the newer ones came with the stronger mount. I too would recommend them.

Yes they are great people to deal with. Now I'm trying to get them to send me another muffler and a custom bent piece of exhaust tubing so I can have dual exhaust!

I like the sound. It is louder than stock. It has a little higher pitch on my 700 twin than it has on my single 500. The 500 has a deep thump to it. The 700 sounds a little more like a Japanese tuner. My wife tolerates the sound of the 700 better than the deep thump of the 500.
