Question 2008 800EFI LE Performance Mods

Hey guys, I just lucked into a wicked deal on a new old stock 2008 800 LE. I am wondering what is everyone doing for performance? I am looking for an air filter/intake, exhaust and programmer/chip. What are your thoughts? What is everyone using? What kind of gains can I expect? Thanks for your replies.

Aaen has dyno numbers on their site.. I have a pipe and filter and pc3 on my 800, and that made a noticable difference. The motors apart now for new rings and seals and I noticed one of the cam lobes is wearing prematurely, so a new trail maxx cam is going in next week along with new oil pump too. When using the pc3, definately use a computer to fine tune and be able to download rzr tunes from dynojet itself. The rzr tune I downloaded and uploaded to the pc3 made a huge power diffenence...

So the RZR tune works well on the sportsman?? I would think they moved a very different amount of air due to the differences in intake and exhaust?

The rzr tune I use is an rzr with air and exhaust mods, this tune had more midrange than other tunes I've tried and my own configurations with a wideband o2 meter...Also what I like about the power commander is the ability to control the accelerator pump too..

Zilla's are the best I've used so far. I've had other than stock, mud lite xl's and swamp lites. Zilla's are the best all around, put them on all my machines now..
