Try USNICOM (send them your cylinder and they can make it accomodate whatever size piston you want) or AAEN or maybe even the big name places like Vito's or Trinity could help you out. All a big bore "kit" has is a stock cylinder over bored and/or sleeved with a larger diameter piston, then you send them back your cylinder and they refund you a core charge. If it doesn't come with a cylinder it is just a piston ring and gasket set someone is trying to charge more for. If you have your own cylinders opened up it will cost less probably almost half. You might have to do it that way if there is no kit available anyway. Then you can send you heads with your cylinders and have a nice valve job done, new seals put in, maybe even some port work (anyone with a flow bench should be able to easily get you an extra 5-10 hp with bowl porting and porting and polishing the runners on a twin so it should be well worth the $) then just re install your own parts.

Really don't know why you want to waste your money unless you are cross country racing . You could never beat a built brute in a drag. Even without nos I can beat built sport bikes with 840 brute. . With NOS only thing beating me is ridged frame banshees bikes and then its close. Who gets the best light. Don't waste your money building a drag bike unless its a mud bike with gorilla axles would maybe worth it. I have a 20,000 dollar brute that can't be beat by any utility straight drag and only a couple sport bikes. I raced a Reny that claimed he was never beat a month ago and beat it by 4 quads straight up 300'. The guy was immediately claiming I was cheating with my BBK 840. I thought it was funny actually.
