anyone put a 300 cylinder on a polaris 250

I have a 96 polaris trailboss 2 stroke 250 and i wanted to know could i convert it to a 300 without ruining it if so how? just put in a 300 cylinder head?And i also wanted to know does anybody make a bigger chamber for my quad? i want to maximize horsepower and i dont think its getting enough exhaust flow.
