I bought my XP850 EPS at my local dalership about 2 months ago. I went today because I broke one of my handguards. Instead of selling me new guards they ordered just the brackets (what i needed). After reading some of the horror stories on this foum it's still great to know that there are some customer service oriented. If anyone is in the greater Charlotte, NC I highly recommend NC Full Throttle in Gastonia for sales and service.

There are dealers out there that care, the hard part is finding one.

How a dealer stands up for what they sell is the most important thing for me when buying a ATV. Even before price and which brand I perfer.
Yes, a good dealer is hard to find. John Hartwig Motor Sports here in Wiconson is one of those few that always make your visit a pleasurable one.
