Whats a good price on a new 2011 Ranger Crew LE
I got dealers trying to charge me another $600 for prep. Is this standard? What are you guys paying>?

I was charged $140 prep. I find the whole idea of paying prep very stupid. It's like if you buy a gallon of milk..."That will be $2, and a nickel for me putting it on the shelf."

My dealer doesnt charge prep atleast he didnt on my 850...if your anywhere close to Virginia try Region 2000 polaris tell them Morgan Overstreet sent you

My local dealer is selling one 11,294 OTD no fees. Just have to pay your taxes. Fees are a joke!!

Thats probably a good price for the standard crew. But not the limited edition. The limited is over $1000 more.

My experience.
Worked at a dealership for about 3 years (Back in school)
Did sales for about 16 months
We never charged fright or set up fees
I have seen the numbers
Prep or fright or set up fees are 100% coin in the dealers pocket. I would never pay freight. That would be a deal killer for me right there. I would rather pay MSRP with no extra freight or set up fees, or a few hundred less then MSRP still without fright and set up. But never ever ever pay fright or prep fees. Bogus made up fees.
