polaris 700 v twin

I am new guy and need some assistance. In looking for an ATV, I found what appears to be a good deal on a 2004 Polaris V-Twin 700 with less than 100 hours on it. I looked it over and rode it and it seems to be fine. Is this a good ATV? Any issues that I need to be aware of? What is a fair price for this ATV?

Any assistance / information is appreciated.
