I held off buying a 2010 550 X2 hoping the 2011 850 X2 Special Edition was going to have EPS. The regular XPs weren't an option since I use my ATV in the yard quite a bit and the turf mode was mandatory. After finding out EPS wasn't an option for either the 550 or 850 X2 I went ahead an bought the 550. I have to say the steering is pretty light on the 550 X2 especially when in turf mode. I've been very happy with the purchase. Now if they do come out with an 850 X2 with EPS I'll have to go through the whole "should I upgrade or not" decision. I have made quite a few modes on my 550 already so for my wallet's sake I hope they never do! Good Luck.
