Good Price?
Hey guys im looking to purchase a 2005 sportsman 700 next weekend. Im pretty sure its NOT the EFI but its in next-to-new condition and only has 600 miles on it and has a warn 2500 winch, tow hitch and quick connect plow (probably glacier not sure) and rack extenders. The seller is firm at $4500 not a cent less.

When looking for an atv...did you have a budget in mind? Do...you think 4500 is a good price? Remember...it is a 2005 model...which makes it a 7yr old machine (because the 2012's have hit the dealers).
Low Retail: $3263.00
Average Retail: $4283.00
Only option added was the winch...
According to NADA...
So...if you are happy with it...and you feel it will serve you well...???
Good luck either way...

just make sure to check it over really well, if it looks to be in good condition go for it.

Also some of them are 500s not even the vtwins...even the vtwins are sometimes 2002-2004 not even the new generations. Sometimes you see an 07-08 for that price thats what made me question the value

that is true...ive been seeing guys on here picking up 700s and 800s for $3000-$4000 for similar years but like i said everything in my area is so high and you would also figure you'd spend another $800 at least to buy/install a good plow. I'll offer 4200 and see where it goes from there. Either way its a clean atv with low miles and all the extras i wanted so i guess i really cant complain i was just thinking for future reference say in a year or so if i wanted to upgrade i wouldnt want to take a beating on selling it
