Truck: 2003 GMC Sierra 1500 Z71 off road in pewter color, loaded with leather, heated seats, BOSE sound system and Onstar. 
Previous trucks were: 1991 Chevrolet silver 1500 2wd reg long box and a 1998 GMC sierra 1500 ext cab 4X4 SLE

I just paid 5300+tax out the door (no doc or setup fees of any sort)... I obviously added accessories so that upped the price, but stock it was 5300+tax

Congrats! They must have been hard up to sell them, because the rebate has dropped from $500 in December to $400 this month. I'm glad I bought mine when I did!

Bought mine in december, so it was still 500 rebate. Total rebate from msrp was 900 though, couldnt pass the deal up plus 2.99 financing

Hey factionfx i'm from Dallas too and I too am in the process of purchasing my new atv from Polaris but i am looking at Polaris 400 HO. On the Polaris website its showing the 400 Ho at $5,699 MSRP and the 500 HO at $6,199. There's a Polaris dealer out on Tx-114 and 360 that has the 500 HO for $5,699. I'm still looking around. Good Luck on your find! BTW Where do you ride at?

Very cool. I picked the 500 because I figured it is the 'true legend' of reliability. Funny, because I reaaaaally wanted a blue one, and the 400's are available in blue but not the 500's. You probably read my other post but I paid 5450 including documentation fees but not including TTL. That means you should be able to get one for 5550 + TTL taking into account the rebate change from last month to this month. If you need to know where I bought mine PM me.
I honestly don't get to ride that much. Mena is mostly where I go though and is definitely my favorite destination. Little Sahara is awesome but I've only been able to go twice; I recommend taking off work and going monday through thursday. Shorter trips with the family to Bonham and Meunster. I'm hoping to do more short local trips once i get mine set up to ride double with the girlfriend.
