No excuses, bad cv joint really, that should have been noticed by the dealer prep man, they must have rode it someplace, from there prep area to where ever you loaded it, the dealer should do something for you.

they claim 'its not that bad' i got a call today from the owner of the dealership saying he drove it and couldn't even get it to make that clicking noise' Pfffft. At any rate..the service manager said he hears it and the part is now off of back order and will be in next week. I drove the hour to pick up my ATV today (rear end still clicking for me) and will be dropping it off when the part comes in. I was also told by the salesman that the Polaris Rep was in the store today and when they told him about my problem "he didn't give 2 Sh*Ts" They are fixing it under warranty and that's enough i guess. I told the sales guy thats nice to know...

I don't know about your machine issues, but I'd be in that pool for starters.

If they're not willing to pull an axle from another new machine to get you up and running on a machine you just bought from them then I'd make damn sure they knew this was the last money I ever spend in their store. Granted the bad joint isn't their fault directly, but the lack of customer support is. You just dropped a hefty chunk of change on the product they sell and it sounds like they're not willing to go above and beyond to make sure your happy with your purchase. Talk about having a crappy buying experience. Good luck man.
