5000 miles to much?

Is 5000 miles to much for 2007 Hawkwye. Said not abused.

It is getting up there in mileage, but if they can prove it is well maintained and the price is good I would buy it.

It really comes to maintenance and price. Just like I would buy a 6 year one owner maintained car over a 17 year olds 2 year lease turn in.

The engine should be fine if maintained, make sure wheel bearings/tie rods/ balljoints/ suspension bushings are tight.
Hows the tires and brakes? Overall cond?
1000 miles a year is average in this area if a guy actually rides.
Should be worth close NADA if it doesn't need any repairs. Repairs are expensive at the dealer.

Too much. If you are questioning yourself, don't buy it. The longer you look, the better machine you will find.
