2012 Sportsman 800
Looking to pick up one of these. What can I expect for a fair price? I've heard rumors of as much as $2000 off but I don't know about that. Any recommendations for stores to go to in Houston?

None of the dealers in my area were willing to give any more incentives over what Polaris was offering, at least on 2012 models. My only advice is to search around your area to see who is willing to deal, even if it's on leftover models. Best of luck!

In Quebec the dealer gave me an additional 500$ off from incentives because he usually sells under MSRP..

I'm in Dallas and recently purchased a 2012 500 for MSRP minus rebate minus $250. and no assembly or freight charges. Taxes were additional. Go to polaris's website and look at current rebates. Assume there is a 8-10% difference between what the dealer pays for it and MSRP; that is how the 500's are.

Wow...I'd heard of people getting as much as $2000 off. Guess that was just another internet rumor.

They could be "getting $2000 off MSRP" but then paying 6-700 in "assembly and freight". You never know...
