Here is my 04 predator 558 flat tracker. A lot of pics

Well I have been hanging out here lately so i figured I would show everyone the beast that I call Predasaki. It started life as a 100% stock 04 predator 500 that my father in law bought new as a trail quad. He rode it a lot when he first got it but the last few years before i got it, it didnt do much of anything other then collect dust. So after going to watch a race I talked him into letting me have the quad to build into a racer. Here are the pics of it along the way This season 2011 will be my second season on the bike. Last season I only did what i had to, to make the bike legal to race. This past winter i rebuild everything.

Heres how life started with the quad.

Started getting things bolted on so I could race.

Now here are some pics of it while i was working on it over the winter.

I made my own rear lowering kit and fabbed a new stronger front kit. Powder coated most everything at work along with cutting some weight on the frame. Stock plastics have been painted Duplicolor Sublime Green Pearl. New bushings everywhere. Really eveything on this bike has been touched in one way or another. Motors built to a 12.5 to 1 558, cylinder milled .005.
List of parts
Body work : Dupilcolor Sublime Green Pearl
Motor : 558 Wiseco 12.5 to 1 (104.83mm)
Gearing : 13,14,15 Front sprockets 36,37,38 rear sprockets
Chain : Green O-ring 94 link 520
Handler bars : Tusk cr-mid bend, tusk hand guards and ODI grips
Nerf bars/Heel guards : DG nerfs and Tusk heel guards
Rims : Douglas front (10x5) rear (10x10)
Tires : Hoosier front Maxxis razr tt rear
Lowering Kits : Front and rear kits (Bracket Racing) < me

Here are some tear down pics

motor parts pic

Here are the pics as i put it back together.

And that brings us to the finished product.

and thats my build.

thanks. I have a few hours into it. They are painted. The rath bar is a sway bar to keep the quad level in the cornings when racing so you dont have to let off as much if at all. On the 1/2 mile track i can take the corners at over 70 with no worries of flipping.
