Could someone on the forum let me know where the wiring diagrams are located on the Polaris website?

I have found the owners manuals and parts manuals but not the wiring diagrams.

I am also looking for a Wiriing diagram. 1997 Sportsman 400.
I would not buy a new machine without one. It seems Polaris wants to keep these a secret.

wiring diagrams are not located on the polaris website, sorry guys. they are in the service manual only. you can find a handful of websites throug google that allow you to download them for little to no cost

Thanks, I found that out. They have every wiring diagram from lawnmowers to the space shuttle, but for Polaris, you have to buy the entire Book and wait for the snail-mail. Meanwhile, my machine is rusting away in a field.

if your dealer is nice enough they might photocopy it out of their service book. i know we did that for customers, especially the nice ones!

Polaris Sportsman 400 500 service manual repair 1996-2003 - Download Technical

Go to this link and search for your wheeler.....they are full service manuals for complete teardown of most wheelers,,,,(including wiring diagrams) the link above is a 500 page service manual for only 5 bucks.
Get it downloaded right to your computer and put it on a disk.
If you ever loose the disk they will give you another download free.
