Pulls to left

2000 Polaris Sportsman 500 pulls hard to the left. If I shut off the wheeler and restart, sometimes it clears, other times I have to put in neutral or reverse first and then it might be ok. The 4X4 switch is always off. Any ideas? Jim

Sounds to me like you have an armeture plate that went bad in one of the hubs. They tend to pull hard (stay engaged) when this happens. i would also check to be sure you have oil in your hubs and that your hub seal isn't leaky. let me know how it turns out
