98 express 300 brake bleeding
Can someone tell me the best way to bleed brakes on 98 express 300. The brake lines are empty. I replaced the part that was needed. Do you bleed them one line at a time or separate?

You start at the caliper farthest from the master cylinder and work your way to the closest. Then go back over them again till you get all air out. Make sure to keep the MC topped up during the whole process or you'll pump air back in the system and have to start all over again.

Hello,
I have a 99 express could you tell me where the 2 wires on the cdi harness plug in to. I think 1 goes to the coil but I cant find on the board the black one goes.the board is right behind the oil tank.thanks

There's a free download of Polaris service manual for 96-98 in the stickys at the top of the Repair and Maintenance section that may have some info to help you till your manual arrives.
Good luck and let us know if you run into any problems you can't figure out. If that doesn't help let me know and I will pull the body panel off mine and look for you.
