You may have some trapped air in the cooling system, remove radiator cap and recheck when engine is cool. some people jack the front of their wheeler up ,to help get the air out.
You may also want to double check to see if the impeller is tight on the shaft.
I take it the fan is funtioning properly?

Right.... I've never had to do that yet but some say it works ,so might as well try it. Also , try revving the engine a little when the rad cap is off , this helps get the air bubbles out. It's best if you remove the cap when the engine is cold , run the engine, then when you can feel the antifreeze getting warm (it's circulating) rev it a "little" bit and hold it. You might lose a little antifreeze as the level will come up when you do this, just add more when your engine is hot , running and level on the floor.
