humming or whining when half throttle

Alright guys im new to this site, and here is whats going on i just traded my honda fourtrax 4x4 for this 2000 polaris scrambler 400 4x4 everythings good on it, but he did tell me he had the transmission professionally rebuilt by a polaris dealer, at idle the quad sounds great, but when you give it throttle to take off theres a whining or humming noise coming from where i believe to be the transmission as soon as you let off the gas it goes away, now could this be typical polaris noise or is there not enough fluid in the transmission or not a heavy enough weight fluid or is the transmisssion on its way out however when its running and driving it doesnt slip hesitate or nothing any help would be greatly apprecitated

thanks for the welcome, do you have any ideas on what this could be

maybe change oil in tranny, that way you know its full of proper oil

thanks russ now my next question is where is the drain plug and the the fill plug cuz ive looked it over and cant find anything i wouldnt think that it would be a sealed transmission
