Polaris 250 Trailblazer rebuild and low compression update

I have taken allot of your advice and tore my recently rebuilt (1st over 0.20) 250 blazer apart and had two machine shops verify that the cylinder was bored correctly and has .002 clearance between piston and cylinder and that it is true or round. The ring end gap is .014. I re-assembled it and found that the compresion was still 60 psi. I poured a cap of 2 cycle oil in the cylinder and it jumped to 140 psi. I then primed the plug with fuel and it fired up and idles fine for 15 minutes with a fan on the motor to break it in and seat the rings. After a 15 minutes cool down it would not fire again but had 80 psi of compression. I poured 2 caps of oil in the cylinder and primed the plug again and it started and ran for 15 minutes and died. It now has 70psi compression. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated it. Thanks.

Have you tried another gauge? I have found some to show very different readings.
