Please help!

I'm getting error code 520194-4. I know what the manual says: throttle safety signal-voltage too low.

I can't figure out how to make it go away.

I cleaned the throttle body and sensors connected to it, adjusted the throttle cable, reset the idle screw, and now I'm at a loss. I can't find anything online about this specific code. Everything is about 520194-3 and -7, and that is what led me to do the things I did. Nothing on-4. Please help me, thanks.

New revelation. Won't rev past 3400 +/- 20. This was not the case before. Before, I had trouble getting it to 2400 to engage the clutch. The limiter now kicks in at 3400 consistently. Machine has 600 miles and 50 hours.

Today I pulled all plugs and cleaned them with CRC electrical component cleaner. Disconnected the battery again for 45min to reset CPU- still get light. Going to dealer tomorrow for plug in, hopefully they can tell me something I don't know.

If I had to guess now... TPS, TPS plug, fried TPS wire( I pulled both, found nothing). Rev override plug was gross (corrosion) but cleaned up well, and it still works.

To sum it up again, error code 520194 4- throttle safety signal-voltage too low. Idles fine, and runs fine till 3400 RPM, then is limited there.

Took it to the dealer. It was the ground wire in the #2 slot on the plug into the throttle. He said he's seen it before, Polaris used too small a gauge for the variable load, frye the wire. $230 for the wire harness adaptation and diagnosis vs $5-800 for a whole new harness.
