Post few questions about my polaris. please help!!

question 1: why is my trans so freakin hard to shift? i have to cut it off to shift even at low rpms.. sometimes it wont shift when cut off and i have to crank it in gear then cut it off again to shift.. checked trans fluid and it looked like oil with water in it.. help please??

question 2: sometimes my atv acts like its bogging down. will not throttle up and backfires. when i hold speedo reverse overide it runs perfect. i let off, and more bogging.. wdf??

question 3:hot wired fan to battery. hot light wont go off but it isnt overheating.. how can i make the light go off?

1. If it looks like there might be water in the fluid I'd start by changing the fluid.
Then make sure your idling slow enough. Use a tach to make sure, a fast idle prevents the drive clutch from releasing completely.

Check your wiring grounds, undo the screws and re-attach before checking 2 and 3, its possible they're connected.
If the grounds are OK then try;

2. There might be an issue with the reverse overide box, if you hold the the button in and ride forward does it go OK? If yes I'd look for a new box.
3. Your thermo switch could be bad but there could also be an air pocket stuck in the system where the switch is.

1 -change tranny oil, sounds like ebs washers are worn in pramary clutch or you have a n alighnment issue, or broken motor mount,What year, model is it?
2- unplug black wire to spped limiter , see if that helps, might also look at reverse overide mod
3as rick said, thermo-switch
