2006 Sportsman 500 EFI - Been riding this machine since I bought it new. While changing out the belt recently I noticed the driven clutch sheaves feel rough when spreading them apart. I believe it's a roller clutch rather than a button clutch and I'm guessing the rollers are shot. Anybody else know know what kind of life expectancy to get from the rollers in the clutch and could it be very possible that the rollers are toast after 2000 miles?

Not real sure on what design of driven clutch you have but if they move rough , then something is worn. You should get in there and have a look. If you go to cycle parts warehouse dot com web site , their parts fiche should tell you what you have.
