Tire rubbing against strut housing WTF

If someone could help
Me out id be so grateful. I have a thread called what weight hub oil and in it describes in detail what I'm doing. But basically just put in new right front cv axle and cleaned all bearings and new fluid and tire is rubbing up against strut housing right near tie rod end. I have pictures in that thread as well. Please someone just take a look and give me some ideas
