How to time a 06 sportsman 450

How to time a 06 sportsman 450

I took the cam chain cover off and see two dots on the small sprocket with a pin, and on the big sprocket where the fly wheel is I see 3 dots and a T on the wheel and two lines. Also i found the two colored links on the chain. How am I supposed to time this, thanks
