Hi Everyone,
I had been looking for a long time for some urethane bushings I could modify and fabricate bushings to fit our Trail boss 325 rear shock. (Polaris does not sell just the bushings.)
Anyway, here is what we used...

The inside diameter is correct (5/8), and the inside of the shock was about 1" or just under, so there was minimal material to remove.
I spun them on a lathe but you could also probably use a drill and a 5/8 bolt.
There may be other applications as well, as I've seen some older bikes on here where polaris does not sell the bushings anymore either.
Good luck.
