no display, no ignition

I have a 05 polaris 700 and no display or ignition until I set theparking brake. Then the display lights up and ignition works and atv starts. As soon as brake is released the ATV dies and display goes out. Any advice?

take front plastic off and look for broken wires around steering stem and up in headlight pod

Ya couldn't find anything. There is also a circuit breaker in the front that keeps clicking.

is it a 700-EFI? take dfront box off to get to fuses, take fuse holder loose from where it is mounted and turn it over, make sure all wires are plugged into back of it good and tight. did you cut the tie wraps off of wire looms so you could get the wires out of loom to inspect every wire?
