Need advice fixing fenders..

So I have a couple bolts pull through my fender and I need a good way to fix them..

I still have this piece for the right side somewhere in the shop but I just need to know how I should bolt it back to the fender!

Thanks in advance for any advice..

Flatten out the plastic where it pulled through and fix it with some fiberglass applied to the backside. Or just use some washers if you don't want to mess with fiberglass (it's really a simple process though. Just put a piece of masking tape over the front side of the hole and apply the cloth and resin to the back. Once it hardens and cures, drill new holes and reinstall the bracket.)

I would just use washers, get stainless so they don't rust and look like crap.

Someone mentioned fiberglass. From my knowledge, it doesn't stick to plastic well. You have to properly prep the plastic and use a plastic adhesive, and the fact the plastic flexes isn't helping. If he used fiberglass successfully, find out how he prepped and follow that.

Ahh, didn't think about the fender being such a soft plastic. I've gotten it to stick to hard plastic before without a problem (just scuffed it up and it adhered fine) but the plastic flexing would probably break the bond.

I've thought a lot about doing fiberglass.. (It's been broke like a month and I've been trying to thing of a fix) My problem with it usually was that the fiberglass I've used before drys brown and that'd look kinda bad.. And I think it might just seperate like you said. Those fenders bend a lot. I dunno how washers would look cause they would stick out so far from the plastic with a big ol' bolt shoved through there lol. But I was considering doing that as well.. I thought about just buying carbon fiber fenders too and thats expensive . I really just want a good looking fix that wont break again without repacing the hole fender haha.
