clutch specs
Have a 93 Polaris Trail Boss 350L 4x4 looking for the settings what hole do you set the spring in #1 or #2 on the driven clutch and what is the difference. Want to set it up as stock

2 & 2 Don't forget to preload the helix spring. It effects on how quick the pulleys spread apart or how quickly it will shift into high gear
|

thanks for the welcome to the board 1200bruce. How do you preload the helix spring 4getful2 just by turning the helix then putting it in the splines thanks again guys

yes that's correct . A bout a third or quarter turn ,you're actually winding up the spring and you may need a friend to help. You know you're there when the splines line up.
