hi guys, im wondering if anyone can tell me the stock carb settings for my 1995 polaris 300 2x4, how many turns out should the idle screw be? and the air mixture screw next to the idle? also anyone have any idea why my fan doesnt seem to be working? or something i can do to clean it? tries to spin sometimes but seems too weak, took it to the mud runs last year and i think thats when it stopped, thanks!

idle speed 700-800 rpm
mixture screw one and a half turns out
