98 Scrambler 400 no low end power

i have a 98 scrambler 400 4x4 when i press the throttle the enginge bogs down and i almst have to push the machine to get it to move. any suggestions

as always, check the carb

the first place i would start is with the carb. if it will crank and stay running i would bet its the carb. you may need to remove and clean. if it been sitting for a while or has a dirty air filter it may have trash in it or just gummed up. its hard to tell you for shure, it could be a few things but i would start there. hope this helps and good luck
