Blown fuses

I have a 800 sportsman and it keeps blowing a main display fuse which shuts the whole bike down. I have checked all the wires what is my next step it only blows every now and then.

is there any kind of consistancy to it? onces you get to X amount of speed, X amount of riding time, turn headlights on, anything that makes it consistant, or just absolutley completely random?

It has done it three times since last october but I haven't rode much since then. It seems to happen after a right hand turn. My buddy and I have narrowed the circuit down to the main power circuit with the key switch and kill switch on it. When it it blows it is just like you reached down and turned the key off.
