Help. The Carb on my Xpediton was leaking, so I replaced the bowl gasket and while I the bowl was off I replaced the needle and seat as the seal around the needle had dryed up. After I got it back together It ran fine for several days. Today the motor starts and idles with the choke on, but the moment I press the throttle the engine dies. The air box is clean and not blocked, gas is fresh, plug is clean...
Where do I start??

When you replaced the needle valve did you clean the carb? I would remove the carb, then drain the fuel from the carb in to a clear container looking for any dirt. Then I would place a clean rag on the bench and disassemble the carb and make sure you remove all jets. Inspect all jets to make sure they are free of any dirt. Chances are there still might be some dirt in the carb, sounds like the pilot jet might be plugged. I would also install a new fuel filter. Good Luck!
