CV joint bearings

I am in the process of replacing the upper left CV boot and the bearings popped out. I cannot get them back in. Can anyone provide some insight?

tnx,

More detail

I should have detailed my situation when I started the thread. We're talking left in-board CV joint on a 2008 Outlaw 525 IRS. Bearings in question are the in-board ball bearings and race that are located on the end of the shaft that goes into the rear-end where the chain is.

tnx,

CV Joint bearings

What a dope addict!

The balls don't go INSIDE the race. They just kinda hang on the outside - once they're greased!

Does anyone disagree with this?
