Question Is there a trick to getting rear wheels to center on hub?

I just bought a 2003 Trailblazer 400 in mint condition. One problem, it's like driving the Flintstone Mobile. Wheel won't center themself when putting on lug nuts. Causing them not to run concentric with axle. Rims don't appear to be damaged and no missing parts.

Thanks

Glenn
