Question Cranks but won't start.

Hi All,

I'm new to the forum. I have a 2003 Sportsman 600 with 4700 miles on it.

It started fine last year but has been hard to get started this year. I am a mechanic by trade and have checked all of the basics and installed new plugs.
I'm not getting any spark to either plug. I have the stator assembly off and can't see any obvious problem. Can someone tell me what the wires are supposed to ohm out at through the stator and winding assembly. I am not convinced the stator is the problem. Also how to check the spark controller.

Thank You in advance,

Tony
