Exclamation Need some advice, and mabey a part

Ive got an '03 trailboss 330 problem is the batterys not charging. When you test dc voltage at the battery its just continually drawing, even when you ramp up the rpms to what must be WELL past break even, it just draws more droping voltage into the low 11's on a fully charged battery. I pulled the connector off the voltage regulator and found good AC voltage going to it, the voltage increases with rpm. Im worried this means the voltage regualtor is bad???? If somebody knows where to test on the output side (theres about 5-6 wires and i dont have a wiring diagram yet) it would be GREATLY appreciated. there is one jumper wire that goes from the back of the input plug on the regulator that isnt attached to anything, but there seems to be no hookup for it (optioal acc?) but other than that i havent found any bad connections/broken wires etc anywhere else on the bike. Also if it is the regulator are there any aftermarket companys i could get one from? short of the oem partsfisch i cant seem to find these (even on e-bay).

Thanks in advance for any help

If your stator is charging and your battery isn't, you pretty much need a regulator. It's the only thing inbetween that I know of.
