Angry 2004 700efi with blown up crank, second time

Hey guys, i need help, i have a 04 700 efi with a blownup connecting rod on clutch side, for the second time. The first time was due to overheating. After a fresh rebuild and 400mi, its gone again. Now polaris doesnt have a clue and they even say that they only sold 192 cranks worldwide since they make them vs over 9000 for the 800. Anyway, i'm not really a rookie with mecanics, not a genious eighter but this one really confuse me. Didnt run out of oil, or coolant and didnt overheat.

Does anyone have a clue of whats going on. please throw me anything you can think of.

What other parts did you check/replace when you did the rod the first time? Did you have the crank checked? Many other parts fitting that are critical. There must be other damage if the rod went?

I changed the crank for a new factory one, all seat bearing, all seals and gaskets, lifters, connecting rods, rocker arms, everything else was good.

I have the same thing going on with mine. less than 50 hours on rebuild, first time was caused by water in crankcase. this time every thing looks good but the conecting rod. have you figured out anything?
